At 14:28, May 12, 2008, a Richter magnitude 8.0 earthquake happened in Wenchuan, Sichuan province. It is learnt that your school suffered varying levels of disaster that were even more serious than ours in this earthquake, which resulted in different damages. All staff and students of Sichuan TOP Vocational Institute of Information Technology express our sincere solicitude for you.
We believe that with the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China, CPC Central Goverment and the State Council's attentions to the people of disaster areas, the cares of government institutions at all levels for teachers and students and the concerns and supports of the people throughout the country for the colleges in the disaster areas, if only we work together, we can overcome any difficulties and solve any problems. The earthquake is merciless, but the world is full of affections. Everyone in our school is concerned about your disaster. We always pray for you as we were your brothers and sisters.
